Gift Aid Price* Non-Gift Aid Price
Adults £3.50 £3.15
Child (aged 4 to 15) £2.35 £2.10
Family £10.00 £9.00

A Family ticket covers 2 adults and up to 3 children. Additional children at 50p each.
Children under 4 are free. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are valid all day on day of purchase.
We accept all major debit or credit cards, except American Express. We do not currently accept cash.

Gift Aid
Paying by Gift Aid means that on an adult ticket, each UK taxpayers’ voluntary donation of 35p is boosted by a refund of tax from the government of 87.5p, so that the Pier receives £1.225 in extra revenue from each adult visitor. This really helps towards meeting the substantial cost of essential maintenance and regular repainting of the pier.
*If you do not wish to make this voluntary donation, please advise our staff when paying.

Dogs are welcome on the Pier , so long as they are kept on a lead. Pet waste bags are available for free from our tollhouse, should you need them.

Wheeled vehicles
Due to the space, the gaps between planks, and the risks to the rider and other visitors, we don’t allow bicycles to be ridden on the Pier, nor small-wheeled scooters whether motorised (e-scooters) or manual, for children or adults. Larger, speed-restricted mobility scooters are acceptable.
We are not able to provide wheelchairs, and if you are using a standard narrow wheeled wheelchair, we recommend zig-zagging on the Pier, to avoid the gaps.

While we appreciate some visitors like to leave flowers as a tribute next to plaques, we ask that where possible these are not wrapped in plastic, no cable ties are used, and no artificial flowers are left. We will remove them if they obstruct the pier, and when they start to wilt.

Ash Scattering
We know that Clevedon Pier is a special place for a lot of people. We have historically allowed ashes to be scattered from the end of the Pier with certain restrictions, and our accompaniment. We are not currently able to offer this option.

We do not allow any balloons (including “biodegradable” balloons) to be let off from the Pier, for environmental reasons. Even biodegradable balloons can cause damage to wildlife in the time it takes them to break down. Further information about why we don’t allow this, is on the Marine Conservation Society website.

You are welcome to take photos from the pier for your own personal use. We do not allow tripods, as the size of them can cause a trip hazard. For permission for commercial use for photos or video, including for a portfolio, please contact us.

If you are planning on having your wedding photos taken on the Pier, there is a charge of £50 for this, and we request that you book, to ensure it is possible on the day you are visiting. Please see here for further information.
