
Terms and Conditions of Hire
- A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment is required two weeks before the event.
- A refundable deposit of £200 will be required, to cover the cost of any damage or vandalism.
- Fresh running water, lighting, heating and electrical power points are all available within the Pagoda.
- There is fresh running water and electrical power point available on the Pier head.
- The Toll House will be staffed to allow access to and from the Pier.
- Please be aware there are no toilet facilities on the Pier. The nearest conveniences are the public toilets situated opposite the Toll House.
- The customer is responsible for supplying their own catering, refreshments and entertainment.
- The use of naked flames, B.B.Q.s, fireworks, etc is strictly prohibited.
- The Pier has a music licence, which allows for public music only. This is strictly available until 10.00pm, after which no music is allowed, due to the close proximity of residential areas.
- The Clevedon Pier & Heritage Trust accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to property or person.
- Clevedon Pier reserves the right to cancel any event for whatever reason at any time, offering a full refund, or an alternative date.
- For those looking to make a booking during the sailing season (May – October), please be aware that boats may be arriving/departing during this time.
- There is a 24hr fishing club that uses the pier, and may be present during any booking.
