Job Title – Kitchen Assistant Rate – £10 per hour
Hours per week – 37.5 hrs a week (flexible) (temporary contract)
(5 out of 7 Days per week rotating shift basis – Including weekends and Bank Holidays)
Working under the guidance of the Head Chef;
To support the Chef in food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting and cooking foodstuffs, prepare salads, as requested).
To oversee kitchen and service in the absence of the Head Chef
To ensure that the kitchen and related areas are maintained in a clean and safe condition at all times; observing and maintaining food hygiene and health & safe
